got its start when boyhood friends discovered the magic of making music
together. In 1974 the group formed to cover popular rock bands ( Now referred
to as “Classic Rock”) and soon graduated from providing entertainment at
private parties, school events and park concerts, to hiring themselves out for
wedding receptions, corporate events and night clubs in the Inland Empire and
developed their musicianship and vocals, they also expanded their range to
include Top 40 R & B, jazz and country rock.

when the Ironhorse project would have to be put on hold . . .
to the summer of 2008, when band members came together for a 30-year reunion to
play at a neighborhood 4th of July block party. When listeners wanted to know
if they’d return the following year the flame was rekindled!
original members Ray Lancy (lead guitarist), Mike Lancy (keyboards) and Jim
Lewis (drummer) are joined by Barbara Lewis to re-create the magic they
experienced over 40 years ago.
